This spring wedding was everything I could've hoped for. I met Brandon and Ellyssa when they took advantage of my holiday mini sessions in 2023. They got engaged and reached out to me to photograph their wedding and I couldn't have been more excited. Their engagement session was gorgeous in downtown Detroit so I knew the vibes of their big day were also going to be immaculate.
They decided to get married at the Golden Glow Ballroom in Saginaw, MI. This was actually the spot where they had their high school prom. They did not attend prom together but I remember Brandon saying something similar to, "We didn't get to dance together that night because we were waiting for our wedding night." And Ugh. My heart.
They read the sweetest private vows and exchanged gifts. After the ceremony, we headed down to a park near the Saginaw Rail Trail and took some wedding party photos. The reception was lively and entertaining and their entire guest list was a riot. Thanks for making this day the best!
